WHAT
Our Michigan State University Spartan Gymnastics Clinic includes 1 day of skill instruction on all 4 Women’s Olympic events, including Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor with the addition of a “Spartan Gymnastics “Showcase!” which is open to the public! Athletes are grouped corresponding with their recreational or competitive level of that season, with athletes of their same or similar proficiency level. This camp consists of realistic goal setting for the athlete with emphasis placed on technique, form, execution, drills, and consistency in a positive reinforced setting. Our instructor to athlete ratio is 1 to 8.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
At the conclusion of the clinic, participants are encouraged to stay for our annual Gymnastics Showcase Public Meet and Greet, along with exhibition routines performed by the Spartan Gymnastics Team, FREE of charge!
WHAT TO BRING
Leotards, Grips, Lunch, Wrist guards if needed.
